Our prices start at $100 per visit for homes in the greater Honesdale area.This would include Seelyville, Bethany, Indian Orchard. Further away locations start at $125, $150 etc. Very often we can give you a very good ballpark price after getting an accurate description of your type of windows.

What if I have a tint on my window?
If you are aware of plastic tint being present on the inside of any of your windows, please let us know and we will be sure to use materials that will not damage the tint.

You do not have to be present when we clean the windows. We have gained the trust of many clients over the years who have allowed us in their homes. We can provide references who will attest to our honesty and also our responsible conduct in the unlikely event should anything go wrong.

We clean mirrors, glass shower doors and solar panels as well. In addition we can clean plastic and plexiglas panels, however, unless you specifically mention that you would like us to, we will not do so.

If the rain is seriously hindering our efforts or it is evident that it will during the course of the day, we may either suggest postponing the appointment or doing the insides and whatever outsides we can and finishing up within the next week. Ultimately, you are the 'boss' and you can make the call.

We often find items, sometimes glass or crystal, hanging on windows with suction cups. Because we can't guarantee the ability of the suction cups to work after putting them back up, we would prefer to leave them down.

Absolutely not! We have all the cleaning products, tools, and ladders needed to complete the job safely and effectively.

We generally work from top floor to bottom, inside to outside, but please let us know if you would like us to clean in a specific area first to free it up for what you need to do.

As you well know, your reputation is only as good as your final product and the timeliness in accomplishing it.
We treat your customers as we do our own customers, knowing that they will likely want their windows cleaned in the future and
ask you for our name. We are fully insured and will make every effort to accommodate your deadlines.
In our experience we have found that it is best to call us well in advance, especially for service needed from April through November due to our very full schedule. Also it is to your advantage to schedule window and post-construction cleaning services after all cutting and sanding are completed.
There is an increasing concern pertaining to the safe and effective cleaning of new glass. It is the potential presence of fabricating debris. Several dilemmas arise when fabricating debris is present:
- Proper use of a metal scraper has long been the industry standard for effective and efficient removal of foreign matter from uncoated window glass. When debris is dislodged by a scraper it can cause visible scratches when dragged along the glass.
- Alternate methods of initial cleaning of glass are far more time consuming, resulting in higher costs to contractors; and certain chemicals can damage seals of the unit.
- Leaving fabricating debris on the glass will probably just delay the inevitable: a homeowner or unsuspecting window cleaner scratching the glass at a later time.
- We now require a damage waiver to be signed by contractors before we perform post-construction window cleaning.
